BMS Scuderia Italia was the 3rd team chosen to become a factory supported "works" team. They would be in charge of the Aston Martin effort in the FIA GT Championship. The team entered this chassis in all 10 races of the 2007 schedule. The car was driven by an assortment of Italian pilots as well Frenchmen Jean-Marc Gounon. The team in the #22 car achieved no victories or podiums in 2007.
